WHY GIVE?
Grace is about the free gift of God. We believe that everything we have is freely given to us by God and really belongs to Him. We freely received all that we have and are taught by Jesus to freely give!
That can mean all sorts of things: we look to freely share the grace and power of God. We freely give our friendship, care and love. We also freely give of our time, energy, possessions and money.
We encourage anyone who calls Grace Church their home to give regularly and generously in proportion to their income. It takes resources to fulfil all that God has given us to do so let's ask God what we can do to play our part in giving to the work of Grace Church Wolverhampton.
GIVE OUT OF WHAT YOU HAVE
We recognise that your personal circumstances will affect how you are able to give. If you are in a difficult time financially, please don’t feel under any obligation – we believe you should only give out of what you have. Feel free to ask for prayer on a Sunday or in your group, or to talk to a leader if you are struggling financially or with debt.
All our giving is an act of free grace and worship and we believe that offering all we have to God is a doorway into blessing and joy. Responsible, joyful giving is one of the marks of a follower of Jesus!
HOW TO GIVE
There are two main ways to give. You can use online banking to transfer your giving or give into our offering basket at our Sunday morning meeting. (Details for giving are available on our information table on a Sunday morning)
STANDING ORDER
Many of us at Grace Church give directly from our bank account by regular Standing Order. We have a small finance team who are aware of what people give, our senior leadership team do not know, and do not want to know this information.
