Who's Who

Grace Church is run by volunteers and supported by a small staff team. We are led by an ‘Eldership’ team with a wider leadership team that serve across the whole church community. We believe that everyone has a unique and important part to play in the family of God.

Mark and Sally Lloyd

Mark is the Lead Pastor at Grace Church and also leads an online safety project that equips parents and schools. Sally is a Spiritual Director and Administrative Assistant. Together, they serve on the Teaching Team, Worship Team and are members of our Senior Leaders Team.

Matt and Esther Foster

Esther works as a Youth and Community Director for a national charity. She leads our Social Media Team and serves on our Senior Leaders Team. Matt is the founder and CEO of Engage Trust Ltd, a local charity supporting young people and communities. He also serves on our Senior Leaders Team. Together, they serve on the Worship Team alongside their wonderful children.

Jon and Charmi Gamble

Charmi works in education and leads our Children’s Ministry. Jon works within the NHS and leads our Youth. Jon and Charmi both serve on our Teaching Team and our Senior Leaders Team.

We have a wider range of connection points across different communities led by amazing people who all share a heart to see where they live, work and love impacted by the Kingdom of God.

Serving

We encourage everyone in Grace Church to serve God where they are and however God has called them. The Grace Church community is a place full of creativity, care and loving kindness. Please speak to our Eldership team if you would like to know more about getting involved.
